Los Angeles, CA Housekeeping

We are seeking out a housekeeper to run, manage and upkeep the care of a 10k home on 20 acres.  Owners visit the residence often in the summer months and occasionally in the winter months.  Mrs. likes the home meticulous.  When owners are present you will be responsible for all cleaning, laundry, cooking and errands.  We do not require a chef, but, we do require someone comfortable in the kitchen that enjoys cooking. Prepare and stock the home for their arrival.  When owners are not present you will be responsible for all repairs, vendors, upkeep, and interior maintenance.  There is an outside service that provides landscaping and snow removal.  One bedroom furnished apartment will be provided as well as utilities (you pay your own phone bill) plus automobile and health insurance.  6K Month.  Please no pets.

Santa Monica, CA Nanny

Professional working parents looking for a jack-of-all trades to help manage household and assist in after school childcare.  Responsibilities:  Organization, Errands, healthy cooking, Laundry, childcare.  Two active boys (5 & 6), pick up from school at 3pm, plan activities, take to park, etc.  (Waldorf School Background a huge plus), Arrange for vendors and repair people.  Looking for someone that enjoys assisting a busy family.  Household is Green, so being familiar with eco-friendly products and environments would be helpful (or be willing to learn).  Heavy cleaning provided by outside crew 1 x week, general daily maintenance and light cleaning expected.  Tuesday - Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday 3pm - 10pm.  40K plus health insurance.  Owner willing to assist in relocation for the right person.
